Antenna 3D simulation evaluation:Based on the 3D model, conduct antenna signal excitations in different forms and at different positions to obtain a relatively better product form;
Gerber evaluation: Provide layout suggestions for the antenna area, the design of impedance lines, the arrangement of matching positions, the optimization of sensitive devices, etc.;
Physical object evaluation:Based on the initial debugging of the MOCKUP, output parameters such as efficiency and gain in the anechoic chamber.
Prototype Confirmation:Optimize the radiation parameters on the final product (a product that includes batteries, large metal parts, casings, etc.), including but not limited to Efficiency, Gain, Total Radiated Power (TRP), and Total Isotropic Sensitivity (TIS).
Antenna Approval:Apply for part numbers, seal samples, confirm specifications and packaging, and approve samples by signing.
Mass Production:Transfer the product to mass production, and the Production and Material Control (PMC) department awaits the production order scheduling.
